I am a Clinical Neuropsychologist with more than 15 years of experience working with adults and older adults experiencing memory concerns, neurological conditions, mental health concerns, and age-related health challenges.

My career has spanned public hospitals, rehabilitation, aged care, community health, research, and senior healthcare leadership roles. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of the clinical, personal, and practical impacts that changes in cognition, health, and functioning can have on individuals and their families.

I am passionate about helping people understand their cognitive strengths and difficulties, make informed decisions, and maintain independence and quality of life. My approach is practical, compassionate, and collaborative, focusing on providing clear answers, meaningful recommendations, and support that can be applied in everyday life.

Alongside my clinical work, I have held senior leadership roles across the Victorian healthcare system, leading quality improvement, service redesign, organisational change, and workforce development initiatives across hospitals, aged care, community health services, and government.

I also have an extensive academic and research background. As an active researcher, I have authored more than 25 peer-reviewed publications and secured multiple nationally competitive research grants. Through my collaboration with the Neuropsychiatry Centre at The University of Melbourne, I continue to contribute to research that advances understanding of brain health, ageing, neuropsychiatric conditions, and healthcare improvement. My research informs my clinical practice, ensuring assessments and recommendations are grounded in the latest evidence while remaining practical and person-centred.
